胶衣板由胶衣高分子树脂和玻璃纤维热固化复合形成。是一种高品质的新型环保产品，广泛应用于汽车、冷藏车车厢板以及净化、医疗、食品卫生、受扬尘沙尘污染严重的建筑采光等工程。产品可替代彩钢板、不锈钢板、铝板、PVC等，该产品具有强度高、硬性好、表面光滑、耐磨、耐强酸强碱、耐老化、耐风沙侵蚀、洁净度高、不易滋生细菌等特点。
优质胶衣：表面刮涂200μm-500μm亚什兰胶衣、帝斯曼胶衣等优质胶衣。
优质上膜：上表面贴覆标称厚度为30微米美国杜邦Melinex389-30年品质、美国杜邦Melinex301-25年品质、富维热封膜-15年品质，表面抗老化膜根据客户要求可贴可不贴。优化树脂：采用亚什兰或帝斯曼特殊优化聚酯不饱和树脂。强化玻纤：采用高强度泰山T984/OCVUUSH/CPIC等，含量30%单位重量：1800g/m2、2300g/m、3700g/m2,允许误差±10%。
标称厚度：1.5mm 2.0mm 2.5mm,允许误差±0.1mm。透光率：5%-85%。
耐温区间：【-40℃至+120℃】。
